Bridges to Adelphi Program for Pre-College Students

Bridges to Adelphi services are for students in the Pre-College Program are designed to provide individualized comprehensive academic, executive functioning, and social support for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, or other nonverbal learning disorders.

By choosing to add Bridges to Adelphi services to your Pre-College Program experience, you will meet with support providers who will help you keep track of upcoming assignments, break assignments down into more manageable parts, work on developing skills towards assignment completion and ensure that assignments are being submitted in a timely manner.  

Together, the Bridges to Adelphi support providers, who are skilled in working with neuro-diverse individuals, and you will collaboratively develop an individualized plan to address the challenges and obstacles you may encounter during your Pre-College Program experience.

The goal of these meetings is to reduce procrastination, anxiety, executive functioning deficits, and improve time management, organization and problem-solving skills. Bridges to Adelphi services also offer social groups and social events that are designed to help students build and develop friendships, as well as strengthen social skills. These social opportunities will include interactions with other University students who are currently enrolled in the Bridges to Adelphi Program.

The additional cost for Bridges to Adelphi services during the Pre-College Program is $525/week.
